This perennially popular buffet restaurant offers a galaxy of international favourites. Situated in the Sands Cotai shopping complex, the restaurant seats a large number of patrons, who are lured in by the gravitational pull of the expansive buffet offerings. The variety of dishes available is rather impressive, with a diverse selection from the Asian culinary canon—Korean seafood and tofu soup, Mongolian lamb buns and Cantonese steamed fish are among the more popular stations. The salad selection offers a wide range of lesser-seen fresh vegetables and accompaniments, such as fresh artichoke hearts. The dessert station is right in the middle of the restaurant, and boasts delights ranging from osmanthus jellies (clear and delicately flavoured) to Portuguese egg tarts and creamy millefeuilles. Service is sweet and personable despite the scrum.
