Ava

Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants (Hong Kong / Macau) - - Bar review -

Perched on the 38th floor of Tsim Sha Tsui’s Hotel Rhombus, Ava is a bar located adjacent to the restaurant of the same name. With a breathtaking 270 degree view of the skyline along the harbour, the bar’s stylish design completes the experience of enjoying great fruit-based cocktails in a chic location. The Ava-tini is theatrically delivered with liquid nitrogen, a bubbling blush-pink concoction of vodka, coconut rum and juices. A Kiwi mojito adds a puree of the tangy fruit into the classic drink, adding innovation and an impressive green hue. Mocktails and wines by the glass are also impressive, served throughout the evening until late night.
