Blue Bar

Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants (Hong Kong / Macau) - - Bar review -

From the moment you walk in, you’re instantly cared for. Though the bar gets quite busy on weeknights, the qualified staff will do their best to get you to a table. The list of cocktails doesn’t cease to amaze, either, from classics to creative in-house creations. If you feel adventurous and order a creation, you might get a personal explanation from the bartender who designed your cocktail—and if you like your drink spicy, we’d suggest The Som O. On the other hand, if you’re looking to enjoy a classic, the Four Seasons Sour is the hotel’s take on the whisky sour; it provides the perfect balance between freshly squeezed lemon juice and just the right amount of sugar, and is nicely highlighted by the addition of egg whites. If you’re looking for a bite with your drink, the bar menu offers a wide range of snacks, such as crispy calamari and salmon tacos .
