MO Bar

Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants (Hong Kong / Macau) - - Bar review -

A wine list full of fresh and fleshy drops, crafted cocktails that actually manage to incorporate regional flavours well and a carpeted room that buzzes in red—MO Bar knows that it is (and ever will be) favoured by Hong Kong as a place to go for a good drink. A supremely snackable menu goes a long way to assist this (the lobster roll and a surprisingly layered club sandwich are the tricks), as does the service, which is obviously the result of well-funded hotel hospitality training. MO Bar is the type of place to take visiting business guests or parents you wish to impress with all the luxury that Hong Kong has to offer. What’s more, it often hosts pop-ups of other bars from equally impressive cities around the world, such as Tokyo’s Bar High Five and New York City’s Please Don’t Tell.
