The Lounge

Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants (Hong Kong / Macau) - - Bar review -

This popular lounge is located steps away from the main lobby of Conrad Macao, and conveniently near the shopping arcade. The seating area is centred around the well-stocked bar with a crystal chandelier centerpiece. Settling in the velvet-backed seats, guests can choose bar snacks and light bites from a modest selection, which is supplemented by a vast collection of fine spirits. The cocktail selection is limited but varieties original. The Pink Flower blends orange juice and Campari with exotic guava and a touch of elderflower cordial, while Robin Hood takes the character’s iconic green hue, and the simple concoction combines apple liqueur, lime cordial and rum for a refreshing cocktail. Guests who fancy non-alcoholic options can also choose from the array of mocktails and a surprisingly abundant list of Chinese teas.
