Fans of Petrus and its former executive chef, Frédéric Chabbert, will be happy to hear that he has taken over the kitchen at Mano at The L Place. The newly relaunched restaurant now serves contemporary French bistro fare as well as Chabbert’s signature carte blanche menu.
