SOCIALITES JOINED IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN FOR THE STAR-STUDDED LAUNCH OF A NEW COLLECTION
On the opening day of the Watches and Wonders exhibition in Hong Kong, Swiss watchmaker IWC Schaffhausen hosted an exclusive gala dinner at the Grand Hyatt to mark the launch of its Portofino Midsize collection. CEO Georges Kern was delighted to welcome some of his best-known brand ambassadors—actresses Cate Blanchett, Karolína Kurková and Zhou Xun. The trio played leading roles in German photographer George Lindbergh’s shoot for the collection in the Italian coastal town of Portofino. The evening began with cocktails in the Tiffin Lounge, as guests browsed an exhibition of the collection and photos from the shoot, and continued with a dinner and speeches by the brand ambassadors.
