This aged Sauternes is fantastic. It’s dark gold with a bright gold edge. Full and very intense, with layers of dried apricots, orange peel and tropical fruit. This continues to open on the palate as it stays in the glass and seems to become young with air. Crazy intensity and sensuality. Superb now.
