THE DEBONAIR FOUNDER OF EVIDENS DE BEAUTÉ, CHARLES-EDOUARD BARTHES, DISCUSSES HIS ULTRA-LUXURIOUS SKINCARE RANGE

I started the whole thing for my fantastically beautiful wife, who is crazy about her antiageing products and has very, very sensitive skin. When brands create anti-ageing products, they generally put in the strongest active ingredients in order to get the best results—but if you have sensitive skin you will have a strong reaction to these. It was a paradox and we needed to find a solution. Triple collagen. Our products use three different sized molecules of collagen, which are extracted from salmon. Many products on the market use a big collagen molecule, which can only affect the outer layer of the skin. With these three different sizes, we are able to penetrate deeply, right down to the basal layer. This enhances the natural density of skin and gives back glow.
