Mico Chung, Fran­cis Choi and Michael Fong The fol­low­ing evening in the Grand Hy­att’s Grand Ball­room, guests were greeted by a de­lec­ta­ble dessert ta­ble bear­ing cup­cakes catered by Sift, cus­tomised cook­ies em­bla­zoned with sweet mes­sages, and clas­sic Hong Kong desserts, in­clud­ing egg tarts and co­conut split-pea pud­ding. Af­ter hav­ing their pho­tos taken with the bride and groom in front of a beau­ti­ful back­drop, guests took their seats for a heart-warm­ing slideshow and speech by Natalie’s fa­ther, Peter. Then they tucked into a lav­ish 10-course ban­quet in cel­e­bra­tion of the nup­tials.
