It was a cross­over be­tween art and fash­ion when Fabrizio Car­di­nali, CEO of Bri­tish luxury menswear brand Al­fred Dun­hill, hosted an ex­clu­sive din­ner at White Cube gallery as a pre­cur­sor to Art Basel in Hong Kong. Also in town for the event were Dun­hill cre­ative direc­tor John Ray, whose au­tumn/ win­ter 2015 col­lec­tion is in­spired by Bri­tish con­tem­po­rary artists’ works, and ris­ing South Korean star Ji Chang-wook and Hong Kong celebrity Ju­lian Che­ung. Guests en­joyed a four-course meal de­signed by Bri­tish chef Tom Aikens as well as a video in­stal­la­tion of Ray’s col­lec­tion spe­cially cu­rated by Hong Kong artist Si­las Fong. So­cialites and art lovers present in­cluded Win­nie Chiu, Michelle Cheng- Chan, Bar­ney Cheng and Bran­don Chau.
