The 30-year-old be­hind Sáv Hos­pi­tal­ity, Ed­win Chuang, scoops nu­mer­ous awards for his blos­som­ing ho­tel brand

In just a few years, Ed­win Chuang has built a ho­tel em­pire within his fam­ily’s com­pany, Chuang’s Con­sor­tium. Now op­er­at­ing in Hong Kong, Taipei, Xi­a­men and Cebu, Sáv land­marks are lur­ing the cre­ative crowd—and Chuang is reap­ing the re­wards of his hard work. Sáv Hos­pi­tal­ity re­cently re­ceived the Most Trusted Hos­pi­tal­ity Ser­vices Award from pub­lisher Me­di­a­zone. Chuang was also hon­oured by Per­spec­tive Mag­a­zine, which named him one of its 40 Un­der 40 Stars of De­sign. “The awards un­der­pin our de­sire to chal­lenge the sta­tus quo by cre­at­ing a new hos­pi­tal­ity ex­pe­ri­ence that is per­sonal, gen­uine and ad­ven­tur­ous,” Chuang says.
