emember that crazy viral music video shot on treadmills in a single continuous take? It’s hard to believe that 10 years have gone by since alt-rock band OK Go released their masterful music video for Here It Goes Again— today, it’s at 75 million views and counting. It’s also hard to believe that the last time they visited Hong Kong was five years ago for their sell-out show in 2010. Time flies, but OK Go triumphantly returns to the city this month. The four-piece has enjoyed a 15-year career of upbeat pop-rock, viral music videos and innovative team-ups with animators, dancers and puppeteers. Together since university days, the core members of the band were already playing with the likes of Elliott Smith and The Promise Ring within a year of their professional debut. The Grammy Awardwinning band released their latest album in 2014, working with Dave Fridmann (producer for The Flaming Lips and MGMT) and Tony Hoffer (Beck and Belle & Sebastian).
