PETER CHEUNG ASIA GRAND OPENING
One of the most prominent figures in the city’s luxury goods sector launched his eponymous strategic marketing consultancy, Peter Cheung Asia, with a celebration in the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong’s recently reinvented Grand Club Lounge, overlooking Victoria Harbour. Peter, a former Hong Kong Tatler social editor, has a diverse and growing client list, which includes jewellery maison Van Cleef & Arpels, Paris-based couturier Gaspard Yurkievich and supermodel Philip Huang. According to Peter, “Asian consumers’ tastes have become more individualised, and the market is witnessing new trends in consumer demands and aspirations. I want to work with a variety of clients, and provide diversified and tailor-made services to support them to grow their Asia-pacific presence in changing times.” Hundreds of social movers and shakers joined luxury business professionals in congratulating him on his new venture.
