It’s been a fantastic year for the opening of new hospitality outlets, and the shortlist of award contenders includes exciting newcomers such as Arcane, Tri, Mr & Mrs Fox, Ta Vie, Shinji by Kanesaka and Umberto Bombana’s new Macau restaurant, Otto e Mezzo.

In addition to Best New Restaurant, awards for Best New Chef, Best Pastry Chef, and Best Cocktails, among others, will also be bestowed, along with the Readers’ Choice award for Best New Restaurant, which was the subject of a week-long vote held on Hongkong in October.

Follow the action on the awards night with the hashtag #BRG2016 and head to Hongkong in the following days for the full list of recipients and highlights from the cocktail party.
