When you pair a wine col­lec­tor and a chef, you know you’ll get some­thing déli­cieux. Arthur de Villepin and Phillipe Or­rico have joined forces to open Tar­tine, a French eatery that serves the famed Euro­pean snack—a bite­sized, open-face sand­wich served with an abun­dance of gourmet in­gre­di­ents such as bur­rata, truf­fles and foie gras. The en­tre­pre­neur­ial duo hosted an in­ti­mate din­ner to com­mem­o­rate the open­ing with so­cialites and friends, in­clud­ing Ben­jamin Liang, and Do­minique and Jane Lee.
