De­signed by ex­ec­u­tive pas­try chef Jean-marc Gaucher, this cheeky, melted chocolate snow­man sits atop lay­ers of pis­ta­chio genoise cake, light Coin­treau-fla­vored “snow” mousse and sea­sonal Korean straw­ber­ries, pre­sented in a trans­par­ent, snow-globe cas­ing. This spher­i­cal de­light will be served at The Mira’s cafe-patis­serie Coco from De­cem­ber 8 to 25.
