In­spired by the well-loved tra­di­tional Euro­pean dish, Gradini ex­ec­u­tive chef Cano Chan has cre­ated a del­i­cate and light Christ­mas dessert that cleanses the palate with refreshing tart­ness. The gooey lemon curd sits on a crumbly short crust pas­try and is topped with a light, fluffy meringue that melts on the tongue like fall­ing snow. The dessert will be served as part of the five-course Christ­mas Eve din­ner at Gradini on De­cem­ber 24.
