CHRISTMAS SNOW LEMON MERINGUE STRIP
Inspired by the well-loved traditional European dish, Gradini executive chef Cano Chan has created a delicate and light Christmas dessert that cleanses the palate with refreshing tartness. The gooey lemon curd sits on a crumbly short crust pastry and is topped with a light, fluffy meringue that melts on the tongue like falling snow. The dessert will be served as part of the five-course Christmas Eve dinner at Gradini on December 24.
