Aldo Conterno Barolo Cicala 2011 A chewy and rich Barolo with dried mushroom, berry and hazelnut character. Full body, round and silky tannins, and a long, flavourful finish. Layered and complex. Better in 2018, but so delicious now.

96 points Aldo Conterno Barolo Cicala 2007 Stunning, with liquorice, flowers and dark fruits all over. Full, super-silky and sexy. I’m in love with this wine. Will age for decades, but harmonious and beautiful now. Gorgeous.
