Love Con­sider your­self a bar­ber­shop buff? If so, you’ll want to head down to the Grand Ball­room at the Con­rad on March 17 for a mu­si­cal din­ner that will de­light not only the palate but also the ears, with per­for­mances by some of the world’s best youth a cap­pella groups. The Hong Kong Fed­er­a­tion of Youth Groups’ (HKFYG) own Melody Mak­ers will take the stage along­side Cal­i­for­nia’s Socal Vo­cals, France’s Ommm and Ja­pan’s Hamo­jin. “A cap­pella is one of the most unique and en­chant­ing forms of singing,” says HKFYG ex­ec­u­tive di­rec­tor Rosanna Wong. Funds raised will help pro­vide ser­vices and coun­selling for youth at risk.
