Jac­que­line Chow and Sa­man­tha Shek Af­ter a cock­tail party to cel­e­brate Los An­ge­les-based artist Jeremy Everett’s new ex­hi­bi­tion, Floy, at the Edouard Malingue Gallery, a se­lect group of VIPS made their way to Nur for an in­ti­mate din­ner hosted by the gallery’s name­sake.

Edouard’s guests sipped on a New Zealand sau­vi­gnon blanc and a red from Bur­gundy as they en­joyed a pro­ces­sion of chef Nur­din Topham’s sig­na­ture dishes, in­clud­ing Ja­panese mack­erel and Wagyu beef.

How­ever, the favourite had to be Nur’s car­rot dessert, which was tex­tured with marigold, yuzu and honey—a sweet fin­ish to an in­dul­gent evening of art, con­ver­sa­tion and fine din­ing.
