Jacqueline Chow and Samantha Shek After a cocktail party to celebrate Los Angeles-based artist Jeremy Everett’s new exhibition, Floy, at the Edouard Malingue Gallery, a select group of VIPS made their way to Nur for an intimate dinner hosted by the gallery’s namesake.

Edouard’s guests sipped on a New Zealand sauvignon blanc and a red from Burgundy as they enjoyed a procession of chef Nurdin Topham’s signature dishes, including Japanese mackerel and Wagyu beef.

However, the favourite had to be Nur’s carrot dessert, which was textured with marigold, yuzu and honey—a sweet finish to an indulgent evening of art, conversation and fine dining.
