Amazing, with dense, ripe fruit. Hint of raisins shows the ripeness of the vintage. Full body, velvety tannins and lively acidity. Energetic— and a joy to drink. A fantastic revelation. So fresh and bright. Very linear and long, and full-bodied yet tight. Highlights the excellence of that year on the Right Bank. Shows such focus and precision. A full body, powerful and long. Salty, mineral character as well as ripe fruit. Fabulous complexity. Great now, but has a long life ahead of it. Big, rich style with a full body. Exotic, exuberant, juicy and sexy. Drink or hold. Exotic aromas of blackberry, blueberry and plum tart. Full body, velvety tannins and an intense finish. Powerful and flavourful. Closing down now, but still superb. Better in 2020.
