Following on from its success last year, the pop-up jewellery school L’école Van Cleef & Arpels has returned to The Qube at PMQ for its second edition, offering programmes and creative workshops that provide vast insight into the worlds of jewellery and watchmaking.

To celebrate the opening, Marie Vallanetdelhom, the president of L’école Van Cleef & Arpels, and Catherine Alix-rénier, the president of Van Cleef & Arpels Asia-pacific, hosted an exclusive cocktail party, which had the who’s who of Hong Kong in attendance.

This year, the school invited its Hong Kong committee to nominate local artists from any field for its Legacy Program to interpret the theme “Jewellery: Myths, Fairytales and Legends” from a local perspective. Photographer PJ Lam, nominated by Pansy Ho, was announced as the Legacy Program winner, entitling the artist to a three-day exchange with the L’école Van Cleef & Arpels team at the brand’s original school in Paris.
