Ta­nia Mo­han and Olivia Croucher Buck­ing­ham Hong Kong sup­port­ers of the In­sti­tute of Con­tem­po­rary Arts in Lon­don flocked to the Har­ilela fam­ily’s Kowloon Tong man­sion to cel­e­brate the cul­tural cen­tre’s 70th an­niver­sary with a lav­ish party. The 300-strong gath­er­ing, which in­cluded princesses, celebri­ties and art afi­ciona­dos, was not short of drink­ing op­tions, with not one but five bars serv­ing an ar­ray of re­fresh­ments. Some of the li­ba­tions were even cre­ated spe­cially for the cel­e­bra­tion, such as the Ka­jra Re­fash­ioned, a mod­ern In­dian twist on the clas­sic Old Fash­ioned, and A Shot of Ori­en­tal Spice, a cock­tail in­spired by Sichuan cui­sine. Par­ty­go­ers were also treated to a wide range of en­ter­tain­ment that in­cluded tur­ban ty­ing and henna tat­too­ing—we even spot­ted Ta­nia Mo­han hav­ing a de­sign painted on her right shoul­der.
