What’s your favourite film and why? Our favourite film, Blow-up, is about a pho­tog­ra­pher set in London in the swing­ing six­ties.

What’s your sig­na­ture dish? When we were at univer­sity to­gether we used to eat “Pasta Tuna Thingy” and we still love it to­day.

What’s the most spon­ta­neous thing you have ever done? We de­cided to get mar­ried on the spur of the mo­ment while in Las Ve­gas and, of course, Elvis was our best man.
