Chefs Joan and Jordi Roca, two of the three broth­ers be­hind Spain’s famed El Celler de Can Roca, pre­sented an ex­clu­sive mas­ter­class for 40 guests at the Miele Pri­vate Lounge in Cause­way Bay in part­ner­ship with Hong Kong Tatler. The Ro­cas, on the sec­ond stop of a five-city world tour with Span­ish bank BBVA and Miele, re­galed guests with culi­nary tales in the light-filled show kitchen as they cre­ated four dishes that paid homage to Hong Kong. Jordi’s man­dar­in­flavoured “moon­cake” paired with durian ice cream gar­nered the big­gest re­ac­tion.
