Leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind at NAPA, a tranquil, low-rise development in Tuen Mun that’s close to transport, hiking trails, beaches and schools
Wheelock Properties drew inspiration from the sun-drenched rolling hills of the Napa Valley in California when it came to naming its latest development in Hong Kong: NAPA. It hopes to bring the spirit of California’s beautiful wine-growing region to the new project in Tuen Mun, which is surrounded by plenty of lush greenery of its own.
Of the 460 homes being built at NAPA, there will be 60 detached garden villas and 400 low-rise apartments. They will range in size from two to four bedrooms, with the smallest flats starting at about 430sqft and the smallest villas starting at about 1,700sqft.
The garden villas will have four different layouts and will be two or three storeys. Each villa will have a private rooftop garden and some will include a pool or Jacuzzi.
NAPA will also have a luxury clubhouse for residents, Club NAPA, with a range of facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sports hall, gym, wine cellar, function room, children’s play area, karaoke, entertainment and music rooms and a rooftop garden.
And there is more on offer in the green surrounds. NAPA is located near the Tai Lam Country Park where you will find, among other hiking routes, the Maclehose Trail, which was recently listed by National Geographic as one of the world’s best hikes.
It’s also close to Golden Beach and the Hong Kong Gold Coast Yacht & Country Club.
Transport isn’t a problem—from Tuen Mun MTR station you can easily catch the train into the city or to the airport.
The under-construction Hong Kong-zhuhaimacau Bridge will also provide easy access between the Pearl River Delta cities, while the Tuen Mun-chek Lap Kok Link will be convenient for getting to the airport. The proposed Tuen Mun Western Bypass will make it quick and easy to get to Qianhai and the Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport.
Perfect for families, NAPA is situated close to Harrow International School Hong Kong, Chu Hai College of Higher Education and Lingnan University, an ideal breeding ground for our next generation.
NAPA is expected to be completed in 2018.
