“My res­o­lu­tion is the same as last year—to not let my home turn into a zoo. It all started with Minky, my Per­sian cat, who was then joined by Bar­ney and Ol­lie, my chow chows, along with Anna and May, my tur­tles, and Ve­loc­ity, a stray kit­ten. Although I was named af­ter Saint Fran­cis of As­sisi, the pa­tron saint of an­i­mals, at some point you have to draw a line and say enough is enough.”
