THE AFTER PARTY

Hong Kong Tatler - - Upfront -

Once the awards had been bestowed, the guests were well primed for the dancefloor. San Diego-based cover band Liquid Blue led the gathering on a musical journey through four decades of hits. Cecil Chao, Joseph Fung and Tony Cruz impressed with their dance moves. David Harilela took to the stage to sing a rendition of Mack Rice’s Mustang Sally, Ronald Kwok serenaded the room with Queen’s Crazy Little Thing Called Love, and Diana d’arenberg Parmanand rocked out with AC/DC’S You Shook Me All Night Long.

Across the ballroom, revellers were relishing the opportunity to step in front of the camera, lining up for a photo booth churning out pictures that looked like Hong Kong Tatler covers. William Zhao couldn’t resist pressing his face against the glass.
