COMO Hotels and Resorts launched its first cookbook, The Pleasures of Eating Well, featuring 147 signatures from its COMO Shambhala kitchens located in Bali, Bhutan, the Maldives, Miami Beach, the Turks and Caico Islands, Thailand, the UK and Australia. The recipes are a 10-year fruit orchestrated by fashion and hospitality entrepreneur Christina Ong and COMO’S group executive chef and are all based around a healthy, enjoyable diet in intelligent portions, variety and balance.
