2.1 [4]元红酒的配料元红酒每缸用糯米144 kg,麦曲 22.5 kg,水112 kg,酸浆水84 kg,淋饭酒母5~6 kg。这个配量是从石、斗折算成市斤而来的,在历史上就有“三浆四水”(按一木桶容56市斤水量计)的配料。
