ROLEX History Maker
ROGER FEDERER proved once again that he is the greatest men’s tennis player of all time by winning his 18th Grand Slam and fifth Australian Open on January 29th this year. He did not wear a watch during the actual match but given his long association with Rolex, it was no surprise Federer was spotted with a sporty Rolex GMT-Master II BLNR on his wrist when he accepted the trophy. The watch features a bi-colored bezel in black and bright blue which matched the Melbourne courts. The victory against old rival Rafael Nadal is his first major title after four and a half years, and is especially meaningful as it comes after a sixmonth injury break.
