摘要 随着我国城市化进程的快速推进,很多城市中小学校园面临着用地紧张的问题,集约化随之成为了中小学发展的主要趋势。同时,应试教育向素质教育转变也对教学空间提出了新的要求。文章以广州市白云新区小学规划设计方案为例,探讨如何通过紧凑、高效的集约化设计,在解决中小学校园用地紧张问题的同时,创造出多样性的教学空间以适应素质教育发展。

ABSTRACT Along with the rapid advance of urbanization, many primary and secondly school campus which located in the central urban district are short of land resources. Therefore, the Intensive Design has gradually become the main trend of the development of primary and secondary schools. At the same time, ExaminationOriented Education is transferred to quality education now, which raises new requirement for the teaching space. This article will take the design of the Guangzhou baiyun district primary school for example to explore how to make full use of land resources by the way of compact and efficient intensive design to deal with the problem that primary and secondly school campus are short of land resource, at the same time, create a diversified campus space which will do good for the development of the quality education under the above background.

随着我国城市化进程的快速推进,城市空间也逐渐向高密度集约化的方向发展。城市中心区中小学校园用地紧张的问题愈加凸显。同时,面对着教育改革中,应试教育向素质教育转变也对教学空间提出了新的要求。关于中小学的建设问题,近年来,很多学者偏向于将这两大社会 背景分列出来进行研究其对当今中小学校园建设的影响,而对整体的社会背景下中小学校的综合性设计策略阐述较少,因而本文将结合这两大社会背景,并基于当今中小学校园集约化设计趋势下,探讨如何在通过紧凑、高效的集约化设计来解决中小学校园用地紧缺问题的同时,创造出多样性的教学空间以适应素质教育发展(图1)。
