The best sea­son to en­joy the cray­fish is upon us. In re­cent years, the cray­fish in Qian­jiang City have swept the coun­try. More and more Qian­jiang braised cray­fish restau­rants have ap­peared around the coun­try. It is said that there are more than 17,000 braised cray­fish restau­rants in Wuhan City, and about 7,000 restau­rants claim that they use cray­fish from Qian­jiang City.

Wher­ever the Qian­jiang cray­fish go, they arouse what has be­come known as “the red wave” in­stantly. Ac­cord­ing to some con­nois­seurs in Wuhan, the best cray­fish can only be found in Qian­jiang City. Ex­actly how won­der­ful are the cray­fish in Qian­jiang? To un­veil the mys­tery, our re­porters went all the way to Qian­jiang City and ex­plored the lo­cal cray­fish in­dus­try.
