The minimum sales price for the first batch of 247 units was HK$20 million, with 237 units sold.
Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, Victoria Harbour is a two-phase development located on 133 Java Road, offering 355 and 347 units respectively. Apart from studio to four-bedroom units, the project also boasts special units. As a harbour-side complex, the project is connected to the Harbour North shopping mall, Hotel VIC on the Harbour and a public transport interchange. Unit 5A in Block 2, with a saleable area of 1,599 square feet, was recently sold through a bidding process at HK$73.912 million, or HK$46,223 per square foot.
Located on 32 City Garden Road, this CK Asset Holdings development has six blocks and 378 units, with saleable areas between 432 and 1,595 square feet. It has one- to four-bedroom flats as well as a hotel. Unit 33B in Block 7, a special rooftop unit with four bedrooms, a saleable area of 1,317 square feet and a 390-square-foot terrace, was recently sold for HK$68.221 million, or HK$51,800 per square foot.
