A unit in Block S, Phase 3B, with a saleable area of 460 square feet, was recently sold for HK$7.3 million or HK$15,870 per square foot.
Tak Bo Garden
This Henderson Land Development project is located at 3 Ngau Tau Kok Road and was completed in 1984. It features eight blocks and a total of 2,016 units with construction areas between 311 and 530 square feet, most of which are one bedroom. A mid-level unit in Block D, with a saleable area of 282 square feet, was recently sold for HK$4.62 million or HK$16,383 per square foot.
