That's China - - Editorial - By David W. Kay

Aland of ten mile lotus fields, bewitching countryside and atmospheric grottoes, Longyou is overflowing with cultural and scenic riches. Setting off on a bus packed with foreign photographers - interesting characters from Romania, Germany, Pakistan, the US and Bangladesh - we cursed the summer rains that threatened to dampen our collective enthusiasm, but, by the end of the day, we were basking in the orange glow of a balmy, Longyou sunset, one full of promise and intrigue. The third stop of the 2016 ‘Zhejiang through Foreign Eyes’ photography competition was a good time for all involved, as new friendships were forged and, of course, lots of fantastic pictures were taken by the talented pool of travel-mad foreigners who took part. To take part in the competition’s next stop, a trip to the seaside city of Zhoushan, stay tuned and follow that’s China on their official Wechat platform
