In­ter­na­tional cam­pus

Lo­cated near the scenic shores of Juanhu Lake in Hain­ing City, the 400,000 square-meter Hain­ing In­ter­na­tional Cam­pus, launched by the Hangzhou-head­quar­tered Zhe­jiang Univer­sity last month, wel­comed its first le­gion of fresh­men last month, in­clud­ing for­eign stu­dents from 15 coun­tries. The new cam­pus fea­tures a spec­trum of in­ter­dis­ci­pli­nary pro­grammes work­ing in part­ner­ship with the world’s most pres­ti­gious uni­ver­si­ties and research in­sti­tu­tions, in­clud­ing a union col­lege work­ing in col­lab­o­ra­tion with the Univer­sity of Ed­in­burgh and a union col­lege shar­ing re­sources with the Univer­sity of Illi­nois at Ur­banaCham­paign in the US.
