Kishoku in Cause­way Bay has in­tro­duced new dishes to its pre­mium ku omakase set. Fea­tur­ing sushi cre­ations from ex­ec­u­tive chef Chan Ka-le­ung and hot dishes from new head chef Jun, the set is a show­case of Ja­panese culi­nary tech­niques, ingredients and flflavours. The new set starts with a sushi plat­ter, fea­tur­ing botan ebi shrimp and chopped fatty tuna with sea urchin on crispy nori. Hot dishes in­clude a tem­pura plat­ter of abalone, clam, men­taiko and eel along­side smoked whole scal­lop.
