Show­cas­ing the sig­na­ture Como Shamb­hala cui­sine, de­vel­oped by Como’s ex­ec­u­tive chef Christina Ong, the cook­book fea­tures 147 nutri­tious recipes that can eas­ily be pre­pared at home. Whether it’s a cray­fish and pomelo salad from Thai­land or a pump­kin and tem­peh curry from In­done­sia, ev­ery recipe is unique, rus­tic and – of course – de­li­cious.
