The lat­est ad­di­tion to Lan Kwai Fong’s din­ing land­scape; Fang Fang draws in­gre­di­ents from all parts of the con­ti­nent to con­struct its pan-asian menu. From roasted duck to maki rolls, stir-fried pa­neer to soft­shell crab with curry leaves, Fang Fang’s aim is broad but it man­ages to hit the mark con­sis­tently. The drinks menu, in­spired by the tra­di­tional five Chi­nese el­e­ments, fea­tures li­ba­tions in­fused with the likes of Yun­nan aged ham, kim­chi vodka and squid ink. Fang Fang will leave you ge­o­graph­i­cally con­fused but gas­tro­nom­i­cally sated.
