With an aim to pro­vide hon­est, good value Ital­ian cui­sine, hus­band-and-wife-team Pio Gal­li­gani and En­rica Del Rosso are de­but­ing Pa­per Moon at Har­bour City, fol­low­ing its foot­prints in Mi­lan, Is­tan­bul, Beirut, Manila and Doha. Join­ing hands with lo­cal restau­rant group 1957 & Co, the restau­rant serves au­then­tic and un­pre­ten­tious Ital­ian fare. Guests can en­joy freshly baked piz­zas at the restau­rant, thanks to the 1,400kg Am­brogi pizza oven im­ported from Italy. Span­ning 5,000 sq ft, the am­biance in Pa­per Moon evokes a sense of old-world glam­our – think earth-tone fur­ni­ture, plush so­fas and mono­chrome por­traits. Be sure to re­serve a win­dow seat to in­dulge in the iconic har­bour view through the floor-to-ceil­ing win­dows.
