The Art of Harmony

The Peak (Hong Kong) - - Food & Drink • News -

Harmony has long been a highly valued virtue in Eastern culture. Duddell’s latest cocktail series pay tribute to this concept by drawing inspiration from nature, aesthetics and proverb. As a collaboration between James Barker, JIA Group’s award-winning Bar Specialist, and Masumi Tomioka, Duddell’s Resident Mixologist, the menu features four sections, including Komorebi, Fuubutsu-shi, Mono no Aware and Shinrin-yoku. Highlights include Yomogi, a highball composed of Ichiro’s Malt, yomogi shochu, Boston Bittahs and red shiso, as well as Masala Chai Kombucha, a pleasantly tart fermented tea beverage made in-house with loose leaf black tea and chai spices. www.duddells.co
