主廚輝哥有十多年烹飪鮑參翅肚的經驗,花膠撈蝦籽麵是店中的招牌,選用黃花魚的花膠雌,冷水浸2小時後再以熱水浸一晚,浸至軟腍再置雪櫃冷藏,以鮑魚汁燜煮;蝦子麵的蝦子都經蒜頭炒香。另外還有花膠沙律、燉湯、甜品等約10多款花膠菜式,不吃花膠,也有魚翅、鮑魚、牛柳粒等菜式選擇。
