荷塘藕遇

用料:莲藕500g,墨鱼茸100g,红甜椒25g,鲜莲子10g,精盐,白糖,排骨酱,日式烧汁,鸡粉

制作步骤:

1.将墨鱼清洗干净,用刀剁成蓉打成墨鱼胶待用; 2.莲藕去皮切成0.5cm厚的片,修成圆形; 3.拿两片藕拍上生粉,中间加入墨鱼胶用手按平做成藕夹; 4.底锅烧热放少许色拉油,将藕夹放入锅中后再加少许清汤调味,15分钟,装盘即可。
