Pre­ston Bai­ley ups the ante on the daz­zling de­sign in Wynn’s Atri­ums as he de­buts a pair of fan­tas­ti­cal flo­ral in­stal­la­tions.

How do you take one of Wynn Las Ve­gas’s most photo-cen­tric spots and turn it into a des­ti­na­tion even more cap­ti­vat­ing? You call Pre­ston Bai­ley, of course. The cel­e­brated New York–based flo­ral and events de­signer spe­cial­izes in craft­ing daz­zling spec­ta­cles, so when Steve Wynn was seek­ing an up­dated look for his Atri­ums— al­ready among the most pop­u­lar lo­ca­tions for pho­to­graphs be­tween his two Las Ve­gas re­sorts—he knew Bai­ley was the per­fect choice. “We ex­plore nat­u­ral things like wa­ter, sun­shine, and beau­ti­ful flow­ers,” Wynn says. “Pre­ston Bai­ley is some­one who brings life to our ideas and cre­ates new and beau­ti­ful things.” Un­veiled Novem­ber 25, Bai­ley’s work has in­deed cre­ated an in­stant “wow.” The two flo­ral in­stal­la­tions are com­prised of a hot-air bal­loon and a carousel—whim­si­cal ideas both, and with one, Wynn wanted to push the de­sign just a lit­tle fur­ther. “I orig­i­nally saw the carousel as this static ob­ject, but Mr. Wynn en­vi­sioned it as a carousel in mo­tion,” Bai­ley ex­plains. “That was a bit of a
