Au­then­tic Ja­panese gourmet fla­vors and cook­ing tech­niques are the hall­marks of Mizumi and Mizumi Sushi. Us­ing in­gre­di­ents im­ported daily from Ja­pan, dishes are pre­pared by a team of eight Mas­ter Chefs led by Chef Min Kim, who has helmed some of Asia’s top restau­rants, and com­ple­mented by small-batch Ja­panese whiskies and rare sakes se­lected by the restau­rant’s in-house sake som­me­lier. Mizumi em­bod­ies the spirit of omote­nashi, which means “to en­ter­tain and serve din­ers with your whole heart.” At Mizumi Sushi, just 14 seats com­prise a sushi counter where guests can en­joy the fresh­est fish avail­able un­der a mo­bile of bril­liant gold and sil­ver origami cranes.
