永利拉斯維加斯和萬利拉斯維加斯酒店旗下共有27間酒吧,由酒水開發部助理總監負責管理。調酒師An­drew Pol­lard在去年11月加入永利團隊,當時永利的長青節目Le Rêve - The Dream夢幻秀正在進行重新改編。改編工作密鑼緊鼓進行時, Pol­lard也對酒店的招牌雞尾酒進行重新調配。雞尾酒原名The Dream,如今在永利和萬利酒店的酒單中都改稱為Le Rêve。改進後的招牌雞尾酒混合了Per­rier-jouët香檳氣泡酒, Gif­fard Pam­ple­mousse Rosé(加入粉紅葡萄柚皮調味的利口酒), Aper­ol杏味利口酒 , Lil­let Rosé和新鮮檸檬汁,最後灑上少許接骨木花香精,點綴玫瑰花瓣和食用金箔,一場美夢就此成真!

The 27 bars that make up the Wynn and En­core Las Ve­gas prop­er­ties are man­aged by As­sis­tant Di­rec­tor of Bev­er­age Devel­op­ment Andrew Pol­lard. The mixol­o­gist joined the Wynn team in Novem­ber, just as Wynn’s long-run­ning pro­duc­tion show Le Rêve – The Dream, was get­ting a re­fresh. In tan­dem with that rein­ven­tion, Pol­lard has recon­ceived the re­sort’s sig­na­ture cock­tail. For­merly called The Dream and now re­ferred to on menus through­out Wynn and En­core as Le Rêve, the up­dated cock­tail is a mix of Per­ri­erJouët Brut Cham­pagne, Gif­fard Pam­ple­mousse Rosé (a liqueur made from an in­fu­sion of pink grape­fruit zests), Aperol apri­cot liqueur, Lil­let Rosé and fresh lemon juice, all fin­ished with a spritz of el­der­flower per­fume and gar­nished with rose petal and a dust­ing of ed­i­ble gold flake. Dreams do come true!
