PORSCHE HAS ONCE AGAIN CONQUERED THE CROWN OF LE MANS 24 HOURS. THIS WAS AN EPIC WIN, THE NINETEENTH OF ITS HISTORY, IN ONE OF THE MOST COMPLEX AND HARDEST EDITIONS OF THE EVENT. PORSCHE DEVELOPED A SPECTACULAR

AND SUCCESSFUL RECOVERY RIGHT AN HOUR BEFORE THE END, IN A FIGHT

WITH A LMP2. Applauses, tears and surprises at French La Sarthe

circuit. Favorite Toyota, which set a record in the circuit and started in pole position, didn’t win. And Porsche had taken the lead with team number , but it did not win either. Porsche did cross the finish line in the first position, but it did it with the car that had lost an hour and nobody was counting on it. The level was high in the GTE Pro category. Aston Martin played the leading role during the race, although Corvette, Ford and Ferrari were always ready to take the lead. Aston Martin-Total was

victorious in the last lap.
