Zam­bar­tas Rosé 2014 wins gold medal

Zam­bar­tas was awarded a gold medal at the Thes­sa­loniki In­ter­na­tional Wine Com­pe­ti­tion in Greece for its Rosé 2014 which was one of the three best Rosé wines of the com­pe­ti­tion and re­ceived a spe­cial men­tion, as “The Best Rosé Blend of a Greek and a For­eign Grape Va­ri­ety”.

The com­pe­ti­tion is held un­der the aus­pices of the In­ter­na­tional Or­gan­i­sa­tion of Vine and Wine where renowned Greek and for­eign ex­perts as­sessed wines and spir­its from Greece and abroad.

“It is an hon­our to re­ceive a gold medal from a very chal­leng­ing tast­ing event like the Thes­sa­loniki Wine Com­pe­ti­tion where more than 550 sines were sam­pled,” said wine­maker Mar­cos Zam­bar­tas. “Our Rosé has been a favourite of wine afi­ciona­dos for many years and this distinc­tion jus­ti­fies their choice.”
